A: Our classes are open to women of all fitness levels. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, you’ll find our sessions beneficial and easy to follow.
Q: What should I wear to the class?
A: Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely, such as leggings, shorts, a t-shirt, and non-slip socks. Bringing something warm, like a sweater or blanket, is also recommended for added comfort during meditation.
Q: Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?
A: You can bring your own yoga mat if you prefer, but we do provide mats if you don’t have one.
