- If I have a deluxe membership can my child join a class while I’m in another room? Our deluxe packages are for one person only. If you would like to discuss a package for your child please see one of our friendly staff. Our suggestion would be booking the 10 class pass for your child.
- Can my children use my deluxe membership? The deluxe packages are for 1 person only. The kids classes will run in blocks aligning with the 10 week school term. We can add a 10 class pass onto your package, please speak to one of our friendly staff for further details.
- Are there discounts for parents with children who both have a membership? Our pricing for memberships and classes has been carefully thought through to be able to provide our best and fairest options.
- What are your payment options? Our Payment options are weekly Direct Debit for our Core and Deluxe packages, upfront payment for class packs and pay as you go for casual classes.
- Can I pay my membership bi/weekly or monthly instead of weekly? At this time we can only offer weekly payment options.
- How do I book creche? Bookings and payment for the Creche will be made with our staff on reception.
- My plans have changed, how do I cancel creche? Cancellation for a Creche booking will need to be made with our reception staff, if they are not available or it is after operating hours, please message us via our social media or email. **Cancellations must be within 24hrs otherwise you will still be charged for the session.**
- My plans have changed, how do I cancel my class booking? You can manage your class booking and cancellations via the app online or call our friendly team at reception. Please Note Cancellation charges may apply
- Are there cancellation fees for deluxe classes or classes booked using a class pass? Deluxe memberships are paid on a weekly basis and will be charged whether you attend your class or not. We ask for a minimum 1 hour notice if you are canceling your class. This allows for anyone on the waitlist to plan to attend. **Class Passes are forfeited when you cancel within 1 hour of your class.**
- How much notice do I need to give to book/cancel the creche booking? All bookings and cancellations for the Creche will be made via our Reception team, 24hrs notice is required for cancellations.
- What is the child to carer ratio in the creche room? We have one carer for a maximum of 10 children per session.
- What if I want to do a double and have my child booked in for creche? That is fantastic! You will need to book a double session in the Creche too!
- Do I need to book the massage chair? No, the massage chairs are there for everyone to use!
- How long can I use the massage chair for? The massage chairs have a timer for 30 minutes. We kindly ask that we respect each other and only use the chair for a 30 min period!
- How do I book the sauna, and is it preheated? You are able to book the Sauna via our online bookings and our team will have them preheated for you!
- Can my child use the Sauna? Due to health regulations and insurances children are unable to use the Sauna
- Can my child use the massage chair? We do ask that the massage chairs are used by our members only.
- Can I add a 10 class pass to my membership for my child? Yes you can, please speak to one of our friendly reception staff for further details.
- What is the age range for kids classes? The age range for the kids classes is 5-16 yrs.
- Will there be school holiday workshops for kids? At this stage we are working with our schedule and we never say never. Watch our socials for upcoming events and updates.
- Can I book the Aerial studio for an event? We love this idea and will definitely be looking at this as an option. Please reach out via our socials or email and we will be able to advise further.
- What are the birthday benefits? We value all our wonderful clients, so when your birthday rolls around we will be sure to celebrate right along with you.
- I’m new or returning to the gym environment, can I talk to someone about goals and getting set up for success? Absolutely!! You can book in for an onboarding session and our very own Nat will take you through a ½ hr one on one session to discuss the studios facilities and how we can best support you on your way to your goals
